The Cape Cod-style main house is finished with reclaimed hemlock floors, custom Douglas fir paneling, and Carrara marble baths. Nearly 2,200 square feet of covered verandas wrap the house, so the water and the weather are part of every room.

The grounds are made for long days outside: a four-hole golf course, a five-hole disc golf course, a full-size pickleball court, and a deep-water dock with kayaks and paddle boards for exploring the bay.

Galiano is a 30-minute seaplane flight from Vancouver, with arrivals by ferry or by charter directly to the estate's dock.
