The Property

Seventy-five acres of Fijian island held for a single party. There are no other guests and no neighboring resorts, only the people you arrive with and the open Pacific.

The main residence was designed by a Danish architect in floor-to-ceiling glass, polished concrete, and reclaimed timber. It opens straight onto the pool and the water, and every suite has direct access to both.

Days move between snorkeling, kayaking, swimming in rock pools, and hiking to the island's high points. From May through October, giant manta rays travel through the nearby channel, and the limestone Sawa-i-Lau Caves, with a hidden inner chamber reached by a short underwater swim, are close by for the adventurous.

Guests arrive by a 45-minute helicopter flight from Nadi that lands on the beach, or by boat through the Yasawa chain. A small, discreet staff lives in a separate house on the island.
